While many families love Greater Than, the taste isn't for everyone. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds or exchanges based on not liking the taste of the bottles chosen. What we can do is offer a fair discount and store credit for your next purchase so you can try some of the other flavors! 



If you've received a damaged product - we offer refunds and store credit on a discretionary basis. If your product is defective or damaged, submit a photo of the damage to and we will offer a replacement and/or store credit based on the severity of the damages.

Due to COVID-related safety protocols, we will not accept returns for any leaking bottles or damp boxes. We can provide up to 40% of your order total in store credit based on the severity of the issue.



If you refuse your delivery because your box is damp we cannot provide a replacement or refund. The box must be opened and pictures provided of the damages in order to be considered for a refund.

If an address is entered incorrectly during checkout and we aren't notified immediately. UPS will not allow us to change the shipment address after the order has already been processed and is in transit

Any refunds must be requested within 21 days of purchase - contact us at to get the process started.
