Shipping policy

At GREATER THAN, we’re committed to delivering your hydration quickly, safely, and reliably.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • International locations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at:

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

GREATER THAN is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.
